To say Imran Kardar is just a brand manager at Synergy is an understatement. With over a decade of professional experience, Imran has been a stepping stone for synergy. He ensures that the products, services and product lines all fall under their domain and is well resonated with current and potential customers.

He continually monitors marketing trends, regular client and senior management meetups. He’s a mentor to a team of young individuals and regularly oversees them. He also in charge of managing, developing and driving market growth.

With his passion and deep understanding of development, Faran Ali drives Synergy’s Business Development and Architectural Lighting sector. Faran did his MBA from University of Leicester. Having six years of professional experience, overseas and locally, he is an expert in the field.

He cares deeply about customer and partner engagement and is focused on aligning Synergy’s processes to ensure an outstanding experience. He is constantly working on ways to upgrade operations by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its partner-facing teams.

Imran brings over 20 years of experience, including a decade in smart automation, audio-video integration, and architectural lighting. With an MBA in Marketing & Supply Chain, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight. Known for his innovative approach and strong client relationships especially within HNWI and premium lifestyle segments, Imran plays a key role in shaping intelligent living solutions and driving Synergy’s leadership in the luxury technology space.

Areej earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree with distinction from the National College of Arts, Lahore. With broad interests in art and architecture, her creative background and hands-on experience highlight a balance between delivering high-end design, managing projects, and creating value for clients.

She has been with Synergy since 2021, and in this time her pragmatic and professional approach has landed her a significant senior position within the Design Department.

With a deep passion for design and a sharp eye for detail, Areej is committed to capturing and realizing the personal vision of her clients. She draws on her extensive travels, specialized training with esteemed Italian partners, and her appreciation for materials, colors, and textures to create timeless spaces. Her work emphasizes not only luxury and individuality but also a thoughtful integration of spatial quality, proportion, and materiality principles that lie at the heart of design.
