Passionate about technology, music and home automation, he has helped the company go from strength to strength and continues to nurture its growth. He is a result oriented leader who believes passionately in technologies which empower the Customer Experience.With over 15 years of experience in the Audio/ Video industry and expertise in Mechanical Engineering, he provides the Synergy Team with a unique outlook on the smart solutions.

Nadya Safdar is the multitasking queen who keeps everything on track and makes sure we deliver our projects on spec and on time. Being the face of Synergy for our international partners and clients at home, she possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Nadya has over 14 years of experience and she has been associated with Synergy for the past 7 years. In her years of service, she has introduced the global practices in logistics while improving documentation & transportation services, inventory management and distribution strategies. She also supervises each project and coordinates with the technical team to ensure any product need is identified beforehand.

With his passion and deep understanding of Sales, Waqas Ashraf drives Synergy’s Sales. His 8 years of association with Synergy have only increased his passion for Audio/ Video and automation solutions. Waqas is responsible for sales in Punjab region and leads the growth and expansion of all Synergy’s field operations and international brand. He cares deeply about customer and partner engagement and is focused on aligning Synergy’s processes to ensure an outstanding experience. He is constantly working on ways to upgrade operations by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its revenue generating customer and partner facing teams. With continually evolving technology, Synergy sales team simultaneously upgrades its knowledge and skills with international certifications.

Ahmad Abbas is an expert in the field of installation and custom integration. His 14 years of extensive experience in installation and programming allows him to identify the critical path issues and develop mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.

Ahmad has the ability to think on his feet helping Synergy team to run its operations smoothly while meeting the deadlines. Driven by pure love for technology, he has broadened his skills set by acquiring AMX Control System Programming.

Nadeem Abbas is a highly accomplished finance professional with extensive financial, operational and asset management experience. He joined Synergy after serving the prestigious Porsche Pakistan, a leading name in the auto industry today. He joined Synergy in 2010, and played a key role in stabilizing operational and financial procedures. Nadeem has vast experience is developing accounting and finance infrastructures, inventory control and payroll systems, defining revenue streams, profit margins; and management of accounting data to prepare annual and quarterly financial reports.

Dildar Hashmi is a key point of contact for clients and provides both pre- and after-sales services advice. He liaises regularly with clients to ensure that all installations and integrated technology is giving optimal output. After acquiring his degree in Bachelors of Technology from Preston University, he joined the professional world and handled several national and international projects. Dildar is a passionate technology specialist who joined Synergy in 2008; his passion for technology has only grown in Synergy. Dildar manages a dependable network of highly qualified, field-based, on-site and client relationship management team. With dedicated 24/7 helpline accessible to our customers, we are equipped to meet the expectations of mission critical installations. Putting his 13 years of experience to best use and he continues to develop strong bonds with clients and deliver quality after sales services.

Asif Hayat truly embodies a computer expert. Asif single handedly managed PPN (Porsche Partnership Network) and trained the Porsche Pakistan team where he previously held the position of Network Administrator. With Masters in Computer Sciences and other specialization in web designing, graphic designing and other certifications in the related field, Asif is in charge of the Synergy IT department, the constant up-gradation and training of important softwares. His role as IT manager is crucial to business continuity and success since Synergy relies heavily on business soft-wares and tools for inventory management and control system, client data base management and more.
Asif also advises on IT solutions that best help Synergy grow, perform more efficiently and communicate effectively.

Baeed holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics technology with specialization in engineering and related certification in electrical engineering. His extensive experience in electrical engineering and association with organizations like Mega Group of Companies, qualifies him as a senior repair specialist. Baeed is in charge of the Synergy Services Center and specializes in repair and maintenance of all audio / video products. Baeed and his team are equipped to provide 24/7 services to our clients with excellent feedback
